Cables included

The C-Pro Up Pro bar (Part No.: CUP) comes with everything you need for installation and use: it includes the C-Pro bar itself, Power Supply a power cord, a 1.8-meter USB-C to USB-A cable, and a wall mount with screws and wall anchors.


Compatible cables

To ensure optimal performance of our C-Pro Up Pro camera, we have conducted various tests to verify the compatibility of several cables with our cameras. The verified models include:

  • Micro Connect Premium Optic USB Type A male to Type C male Cable (Active Optical Cable) - 20 m

  • VIVOLINK USB-C male to USB-A male cable - 10 m.

  • VIVOLINK USB 3.0 active USB-A male to USB-A female cable - 15m.

  • VIVOLINK USB-C male to USB-A male cable - 15 m.

  • Lindy USB 3.0 Pro Active Extension Cable (8, 10 and 15 meters). References 43158, 43157 and 43229. 

These cables have been tested and recommended by our technical department for their reliability and high performance. However, there may be other equally valid options that work properly with our equipment.

Remote control

Thanks to the use of our remote control, you can control your video conferencing camera in a simple and uncomplicated way. In addition, its compact and minimalist design allows a very intuitive use of your videoconferencing terminal ensuring professional meetings in a simple way.
